Horrible service but hot chicks so two stars.......
Manager made a bad call to only have 5 waitresses during the game. Wait on food was 1 1/2 hour. Drinks 20 minutes plus. And the manager never even walked by.
We had a great waitress and enjoyed our mother daughter time.
The food was excellent and Kristy and Brandy are really good with customer service :)
Texas vs. Browns. Sat us at a table that needed to be cleaned. Waitresses overwhelmed. Service slow. 40 min to get an appetizer. Only one bartender on duty with every seat in the place full. They ran out of wing sauces so brought your wings to your table naked then asked for your second choice. TV sound level extremely too loud; had to shout to speak to my fiancé who sat next to me. Just a complete mess!
I have always loved the Hooters food but the service at this place is absolutely horrible. I had to ask 3 times to get a new bottle of beer and the the dinner in all took over 3 hours to eat. WTH! Guess this will only be a take out place for me cause I won't eat in again.
Our waitress brought us out cold fries �, when we ask for fresh fries it tasted like she tried to recook those cold fries and they were so hard and awful.. they were uneatable, but she still charged us for them....
Fucking sucks! 2 hours for food! No sodas. No beer. No tea wtf horrible don't come here
The staff was friendly, but the service was slow and the food was terrible. It was my first time to Hooters and my last. :-/
