Not only was the service SHIT but they went ahead and gave themselves a tip after I filled it out with $0 tip.
The food is always great, but every time we come here we have horrible service, no matter what time of day, where we sit, or how big of a group the service is the same... We keep coming back because it's very convenient for us but it's yet to improve even the slightest in the 3 years we have been coming here... We usually prefer the hour drive to willowbrook.
Love the food. The Service is consistently sub-par. Even when the place is not busy. Better training for the waitress is needed. Or new manager. Will drive to Willowbrook location from now on.

Waited 16 mins to get waited on as several girls walked by on a slow night. Had to walk out and go to Twin Peaks for great service
My friends and my family come to this place a lot because the food (specially the chicken wings) and the ice cold beer. Our kiddos love them too (burgers and fries). But I think, what really draws us to keep coming back over and over is because of the relaxing but sporty ambiance and excellent services of everyone working here.
Girls are rude!!! Now wonder everyone is across the street at Twin Peaks
