Today Ive to this exact hooters , firstly I was not greeted with a smile the waitresses never showed me where to sit I then ordered a beer whereby my I.d was first asked I respect that , thirdly the Plastic Cup I was served with had lipstick stains on then I wait for more than 30 minutes for my food whereby I still never received it, I then speak to the manager which was not one sympathetic towards this , I explained to him and he just says sorry and leaves again not even introducing himself by name this was my first time at... read more
Asked for a 2 draught beers couldn’t work out why we got plastic cups as wasn’t explained by the waitress. Don’t like plastic cups so ordered a jug of Sangria. Then tried to charge us 28 dollars for 2 beers that we didn’t drink saying they was calendar drinks ??? Had no idea what she was talking about?? After complaining to the Manager he reduced the bill to 2 normal draught beers ? Put a complete damper on our evening won’t be returning I’m afraid 😩

Hi Maggie. I think that it is possible that the server rang up our draft beer and a Hooters Calendar special (It's $13.95 for a Heineken and XX in a plastic calendar girl cup plus a Hooters Calendar. Of course, our guests may still just order a beer without this offer. I sincerely apologize for the mixup and I will send over your feedback to the team. the wings and the breaded fish was good and the drinks also only that on Sundays there are a lot of people and it must be more service. To get out of the routine was fine.
