I went here today. Waited 15 mins for a drink. Ordered a Philly steak sandwich to find out when it came the entire restaurant had no mayo. Waitress was nice but slowest service ever and barley had any customers. Manger just walking around doing nothing. I was like waving my arms in the air to get service. Very disappointed. Will not be returning to this location.

I was in the area, so I tried to order on the web, but that didn't work at all. Customer service was bad, my take-out order took 30 minutes to prepare, but was barely lukewarm when I got to the car. This is the third time I've tried to make Hooters happen, but I'm done trying to make it happen. I'd just rather not bother at all.

It’s sad how people in customer service think it’s appropriate to be inconsiderate, and unprofessional!!!! I will never order from this Hooters through Uber eats ever again!!!! Not only did you not give the driver all my food but then you didn’t even have the maturity to admit how your lacking customer service skills could inconvenience another human, Assistant Manager Andy!!!!
