Great wings, and my server was very nice � She alwats came back to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything else..
We always sit at the bar and crystal once again was very nice and curtious
I used to frequent this location every SUNDAY for football but have not been in a while...my luv and I decided to stop in for old time sake on Sun. Sept 24th... OMG no sound for the game, manager refused to speak with us, waitress messed up our order...the only good thing is our food was hot. We left at half time...who watches football in a sports bar with no sound.
One of your workers grabbed a piece of Raw Chicken and didn't even bother changing there gloves they were still using the same gloves as they were putting flour on our wings
First time...order online with a set pick up time and my order was late 10 minutes too top they made the incorrect wing had to wait an additional 10 more minutes and is by far the worst food ever. Greasy un crispy wings with feathers order fries and soggy. Nasty plain nasty!
The customer service and the food wait was bad. Hopefully next experience will be better.

ALWAYS have a problem at this location. Especially with their take-out. They don't answer the phone, they take a long time and your food will sit there and get cold. Offer no apologies or resolutions EVER and the management is worse.

The food was excellent, and so was the service! I really enjoyed it!
Waitress was not very helpful didn't receive hot fresh food asked to speak to a manager when the manager came she gave us a hassle and didn't offer to comp the meal so I paid for my drinks and my luke warm buffalo shrimp and left
