We had a really bad experience tonight and received the worst customer service from the manager tonight. Completely unprofessional. Just yesterday I read on our neighborhood facebook page that another family had a really bad experience, too. We both used UberEats, but our issue had nothing to do with the fact that we used UberEats. It seems Hooters has a bad attitude towards this?! They suxed the wings are not like they use to be they try to tell me mild and med are the same really so I got the garlic parm.and they had so much garlic on it u could not eat it and greases has hell will not go back and will tell all my friends and i also own a business so alot of people will know.the waitress was great it's not her fault.
