Horrible Slow Service,Attitiude from the Server,closed out the order and decided to have 1 more bucket of beers after that,took 18 minutes to bring the bucket, this was Friday night,had 7 people and reserved a table for Sat night fight and was told by he server ahe hoped she didnt get stuck with us again..$500,00 bill, Had Wanda last night for the fight crazy busy and she was on her game.
Always having a great experience going to Hooters. The employees are great. The staff is excellent. Keep up the good work.
Staff was a hot mess. Who forgets forks to eat?? Waited 45mn for a fork. Never briught a 20piece wings. The girls could care less about helping customers and providing good service. The bad part is the girls looks and attitude matched there customer service both bad. Last thing on the list is there restrooms WTF is going on there, there was urine everywhere and the stalls were worse. The health dept. Needs to stop by this place. Worse Hooters in America�
Food was cold and terrible, the wings were not good and the fries were cold. The hoy dos for kids was a cold French roll with a slim hotdog. No mayo, nothing. It looked disgusting. I can only say that we were very dissatisfied and disappointed with the food. The service was good but we travelled all the way from Oxnard and it was not worthy. I am never eating here again. I'm sticking with buffalowildwings.
Very friendly bar tenders, Buffalo shrimp were damn good. The temperature inside the building was kinda hot, despite it only being 80 degrees outside. They need better AC or a big ass fan above the bar to keep PAYING CUSTOMERS & their staff more comfortable. $8 Dos XXS seems excessive to me also. (import, really?!?) It was a great way to kill a couple hours while my son attended AX across the street. A bit spendy, but I figured it'd be my big splurge "meal" while on vacation.... I'd come again, but only once per vacation.
We waited 2 hours after placing our order before leaving... did not get anything, but people that came after us did. Horrible service.
40 min. for our food. The table next to me just walked out. No service.
mariah the manager was great though she claimed she was rusty, and Hannah continue the great service.
terrible service/slow. Over-priced for what u get. go somewhere else.
