Horrible service. All orders were mixed up. Waitress tried to carry 20 waters and dropped them all. 2 hour wait for food and still our whole table didn't get served. There was one African American waitress that was awesome and did her best to help get the orders out.
The food that me and my friend ordered took almost an hour to arrive. And were in a hurry to catch the LA Kings game. We gust didn’t think that the foos we ordered would take so long. The food was delicious but we didn’t have time to enjoy it…because the game didn’t allow outside food.
Went pre Kings game Terrible, terrible First took ten minutes to just get drinks; had to interup waitress flirting at another table to get drink order and set ups. Got both me and my friends food orders both wrong, very wrong. Long, long time to get new food when it did finally come was mediocre at best. Still got my friend's order wrong. Waitress was great food was good but it's hard to watch the game tv and tables aren't angled correctly had to turn my head to watch the tv screen 📺
When you're looking for a drink before or after a concert and see that hooters is opened, skip it. Even if they're open for fifteen minutes they'll tell you that they're closed despite cash in your hand, even if all you want is a shot. Hooters of Hollywood, Burbank, and Thousand Oaks will treat you well, but it's locations like this that are why hooters asa company are going out of business.
This has been the worst experience ever. It started the moment we walk into this place (should have taken heed at that point). We stand at the hostess stand while 2 waitress stand about 5 feet away talking for over 5 mins, only for her to finally walk by and in passing say "oh you can sit anywhere". Ok we have a party of 6 and all the tables are for a party of 4, that means 2 tables needs to be put together. Staff was friendly and offered to put our favorite football teams game on. Food was good!!
Worst hooters I've ever been to, maybe 20 people in here for Thursday night football rams vs niners and still get horrible service. Food is ok I guess.
