Disappointed about the purchase I made, The arrangement we got is not worth it for the money I paid. Because it was not the one I asked for, not even close to that.

RecommendedMy husband was looking for a florist to order my valentine's bouquet and Google led him to Hoods Florist. The Rose's were delivered by 9 am and they were GORGEOUS! I must say these are the best looking flowers I have seen in an arrangement in a very long time. It had a variety of greenery, baby breath and 12 Perfect Red Roses.
Arrangements are unique and customer service is the best. Thanks for my birthday flowers.
We were in a pinch and needed a last minute corsage for a Jr ROTC Ball. Hoods was a few miles away but was closing in 5 minutes when I called. They were so sweet and stayed open past closing time just to make us a beautiful corsage. Thank you. It was beautiful!
I was truly surprised and disappointed by the distracted, unhappy and unprofessional woman that took my Valentines day order. We spent about four minutes with delivery address, arrangement selection and payment. The result was my wife not receiving Rose's on Valentine's Day for the first time in 20 years. Upon calling today, I spoke to the same woman and she had no record of my order. "Sorry about that!" I'm done with Hood's. They clearly do not need my business.
