We previously bought a truck load of treks we didn’t order enough so we had to drive out to grab a small load of lumber and treks. When I got home we realized they didn’t give us what we ordered. When we told them they got our order wrong they told us we’d have to drive back to exchange. Keep in mind we live in town and they are located in kapolei. They refused to drop off the right lumber. Customer service sucks would not recommend for small projects. Keep in mind we ordered literally 3 pieces of wood and they got our order... read more

They are pleasant and responsive here. If they don't have it, they can order it in. They have the best selection of trex planks. If you need something to hold up to the humid environment or you need better straighter lumber, honsador is where I go.
Great place for hard-to- find building materials.
Honsador is an awesome place, very friendly staff, and always willing to help their community!!! If you need lumber this is the place to go for sure. Much Mahalo's to Honsador Lumber!!!
