I came here because my boyfriend has been coming here for years. They don't take medical but thankfully I had insurance with my bf so I started coming here. I've had terrible experiences in the past with dentists but here my work was done great. I no longer have insurance but I will still come here and pay out of pocket instead of dealing with crappy medical dentists. Honestly the staff are great and the dentist is too. Thought we would go here to try a new dentist in town for my daughter. We had a very bad experience. After billing my primary and secondary insurance, they sent me an additional bill. We just went for a cleaning and immediately got pressured into more work than was needed. The doctor was very rude as well. There are many other better dentists in town.
Dr Hong has taken care of me, my wife, and all our kids for over 15 years. Juanita at the front desk is the best.
Been going here for many years (~10 yrs). I have gone to dentist in past who have been very aggressive and leaving my lips and cheeks scraped up. Dr. Hong is patient and kind. Entire team front and back are great.
