DO NOT GO TO KOREY. I had the same experience as someone else did it seems like. When I cancelled my appointment way in advance PER her policy, I was still charged the amount of the full service. I literally went back and forth with her for months (she blamed it on a gloss genius glitch) about my refund that I never got. I should NOT have been charged for a service that I have never received and canceled. She still has refused to give me my money back and has not contacted me about my refund. Such a sweet lady. She is very educated with lashes and she gave me just the look I was going for! So thankful I found this place!

She is not professional, and she doesn't have a proper salon. It is in her house. It looks creepy This lady takes your money from your account and tells everyone that she got hacked. I had lost almost $500 without doing the service. I had done it two times and on the second day they started falling off. When I called her she was giving so many excuses her grandmother died. She doesn't know where to apply the glue. I will never recommend her for anyone. Those who are going please be aware of your money.
