Service sucks!!!! Food was good chicken and waffles and jalapenos poppers. But service sucked.

First time here today. Sat outside. Took 30minutes just to get our drinks. Bloody Mary's and a mimosa, when I asked if our drinks were still coming our server was rude and blamed it on the bartenders. No sorry... nothing. We then ordered, and didn't get our food for another hour after. No sorry from the server once again. Our server didn't come to check on us to see if we needed anything after we got our food.

We dropped the ball on Monday. We know it. Everybody knows it. We have since changed our brunch menu as a means of improving the speed of our service while also adding more hands to the establishment in general. We know that no words will make up for your negative experience but we do humbly apologize. Thank you for coming in the first place. -John
