I ordered the pork ribs plate and it didn't taste bad. Soon as I left though I feel weird in my stomach. An hour later I was sick which lasted late in the afternoon the next day. It's a very busy restaurant and appears to be popular but I picked up something bad there. I won't go there again.

Great Place! Very good food at fair prices. Cold beer and dog friendly.
Enjoyed our first visit. Favorites were the margarita and fajita-ladas. Also had the stuffed roasted jalapeños, queso fundido dip and cheeseburger salad. Self-help restaurant so grab a table then order at the bar.
Great barbecue a different kind of place. Really recommend it
Had a great time even on a very cold rainy day. The music kept going rain or shine and the margaritas were everything I heard about! The Hondo's history led to a second day of local charm in Luckenbach! A true taste of the Texas hill country.
Been going there for years! it's a well worth while trip from SA TX! My family also Loves it now! Delicious food, Cold Beer, Great Music & friendly People!!!!!!!
There is no place in Texas that I would rather be to enjoy great Texas music and a Mayor's Margarita with friends and family. You can't forget memories!
