Terrific! Nice people, ample bar. Heaters kept patio warm, stage was adequate size, sound system delivered.

A truly iconic Fredericksburg music venue! It's always like you're with family! Great food, a great bar....and amazing staff!
I always love Hondo's. As a local I don't go into town a lot but when I do it is usually to go here! Great food, great drinks and amazing music!
Great burgers and what not! I'll be back! I had the Poblano Chile Burger with fries while my fiancé had the Portobello Quesadia. We also had an order of "Matchsticks" which are spicy battered and fried jalapeños, good and spicy! We were impressed by the service even though they were extremely busy. Good music from Houston Marchman as well!
Even though I'm a local, this is one of my favorite places to go. The Nacho Construction Kit w/ Chicken is one of my weaknesses and something I crave quite often! From the staff, drinks (must also suggest a Luna Rita) and of course the live music, I'm pretty certain you will never be disappointed! �
This Was rated the best chicken fried steak, which I was a little disappointed in. It was tough, over breaded. Good portions though, and reasonably priced. If you have never been there before it's an it confusing with how you have to wait in line to order before you sit down. Nothing is marked. The staff seemed to move in slo mo. They ran out of knives twice during our lunch visit so we had to wait for some to be washed. Drink station is tucked away back by where you pick up the food. It was high traffic area.
It was okay, if you go you need to order the grilled meats. We didn't and therefore were VERY disappointed.
This place is surprisingly good. You stand in line to order, then have to go to a window to pick up your food, so I'm expecting the food to be bla, but I had the goat cheese salad, I'll have to say it was as good as a fine dining establishment. Surprisingly good!
