I financed a 2022 ****** Corolla on February 17, 2024. I was a first time car buyer. Sales person financed me the car with a co signer and $3,000 down . Had me and my co signer sign all contract documents neglecting to inform me that my sale was only a pre approval. They let me leave the lot with the car again neglecting to tell me that there is a possibility that they would take car back. They made me feel as if the car was mine. Ironically their service chat, specifically ****, was the worst service. Told me he will contact service specialist to contact me just to answer a simple question. Then replies with a is there anything else I could help you with? And then literally 2 seconds later, ends the chat without giving me a chance to ask my further questions.

I began speaking to JD a few days prior to visiting this dealership. Over the phone and via text message I conveyed to him that the drive to Westminster was going to be a long one and therefore I did not want to make the drive unless the deal I was negotiating, reflected the price within my budget. Dealership advertises 0% financing on all Preowned vehicles. After applying and having an excellent credit rating they came back and said that due to the age and mileage on the car, the best they could offer is 6.4%. Talk about bait and switch. Pretty slimey.
I went to HondaWorld September 2021 to purchase my leased vehicle. Essentially, they were trying to charge me double what I owed. I asked them to break it down for me and they told me they couldn't finance my car without gap insurance and warranty. I was using my credit union so they did not need to finance my car anyway. I came to Honda World Westminster (13600 Beach Blvd., Westminster, CA 92683) with my grandma on Saturday, October 3 around 6:00 PM and was immediately greeted by Thanh Nguyen. I expressed my interest in the HR-V EX in Crystal Black Pearl to Thanh and we all sat down to go over the numbers. We couldn’t agree on a price so my grandma and I left. Honda World staff are scummy, filthy liars, scammers, and thieves. John W****** the previous "Service Manager" was the most disgusting and rude person I have encountered. When a patch of paint was peeled off of my brand new Accord during a car wash after installing the alarm, I told John W***** what happened. He responded, "go and tell Jesus Christ for all I care!" I still can't believe that disgusting, filthy animal said that. Pure garbage.
STAY AWAY! I normally don't leave reviews, but I was so appalled by Honda World's poor dealing in attempting to buy my car. I had filled out a Kelley Blue Book quote and received an offer from KBB for about $6900. Honda World contacted me about giving an inspection and fulfilling the offer. I went there the next day, met a man named Alex who inspected my vehicle, and along with a man named Oscar, input my car's information into the KBB system. ****** my credit by running it over and over then had me get a temporary check they could run that didn't go through their, "Third Party Company". So I opened another account, got checks, check didn't go through AGAIN!!?? Then they wanted me to get a check from someone else!?
