I always get superb service whenever I go to Superior Honda. I have purchased several cars, new and used, and have found them all to be very enjoyable.
Just wanted to pass on that working with Dan Baker was a good experience for me and my wife. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I liked working with him as I did not feel sales pressure but he was still available as we were deciding on a car. I felt he was sincerely looking out for our interests as well as representing the dealership there. I would do business with him again.
I cannot thank Superior Honda especially Duane Heath, and John Wonder who went beyond their jobs to help me get my DVD player fixed in my 06 Honda. There are great people at Superior who will help you when you think it cannot get fixed. Thanks again, Duane and John
Superior Honda has an excellent service department.
I drove to Superior Honda not knowing what I wanted. Sales associate Greg Brandl greeted me at the door and showed me several kinds of vehicles. I took several for a test drive the first day and came back the second day to test drive them again. Greg was very patient with me. He made my car buying experience pleasant. I would highly recommend this dealership and sales associate to anyone.
Superior Honda has given me peace of mind over the 10 years I have been taking my car there for service. I had one bad experience 2-3 years ago, but they treated me fairly and right to correct their mistake. Their service people are friendly and helpful and know what they are doing.
