We have been going to Metro Honda car service since we purchased it in 2006. Their service advisors are courteous, knowledgeable and professional in taking care of their customers. Joseph King, service advisor, took care of us this time and we explained to him our concerns with our car. He had the mechanics check the problem and he called us with the information in a timely manner. The service repair was completed and we had our car back to us as promised. We recommend Metro Honda because of their excellent service.
Alex Hernandez at Metro Honda was awesome! He helped me get into the exact Ridgeline I wanted and was very honest. A great experience overall and I will never go to another dealer ever again. Love Metro Honda!
Just want to make note that I LOVE Lee Summit Honda!! I was put through in less than 30 minutes for an oil change! Only cost me 31 bucks and they didn't try to push me to buy anything or pressure me to fix something on my car that I didn't come for! Just plain and simple and kind! Kindness is the most powerful tool in business! Thank you! I may even blog about the experience! I usually review restaurants but you may see yourselves on there next time!

the attendant was very nice. After I left there I had a flat tire. I took it back to the service department because they had rotated my tires. They checked the tire for me & said I had a nail in it. They marked it for me but could not fix due to insurance purposes.They referred me to Marty's Tires which took care of the problem.
