Joseph King helped me when I brought my car in for servicing. He explained every aspect of what was needed, and was both friendly and extremely helpful. I felt he "went the extra mile" in making sure I was well taken care of on a very busy morning.

I had my van service at Honda Montclair, got a recall issue on gas tank... I'm so glad that Joseph King took care of everything when I had to leave my Odyssey in there... he constantly informed me about the progress of the maintenance while I was enjoying the loaner car that Joseph provided for me , it's so important for me to have a loaner car because I drive my kids to and from school and everywhere.
