I have been going to Superior Honda for several years now for my '99 Accord and '02 Civic. Most recently in July 2011, Superior replaced the timing and accessory belts on my Civic. Well done, very efficient and Brian Bradley, the Service Advisor, was very helpful and friendly. I have always been treated very well at Superior. Nice job.

I was happy with the service and very happy with the person that does your warrant work, his help with a stain on our seat and removing it.

My tire pressure light had come on three times this last week. Assuming it was something more serious, I swung into Superior after lunch without an appointment. I was greeted right away. Not only was my tire patched, two nails were removed, and the oil changed, but they synced my phone with my car's bluetooth. I felt like I was THEE most important person at the dealership. Brian Bradley was my service writer. He did an excellent job. I did have a problem with my SUV and had to bring it back the next day. The mechanic didn't get a spark plug wire attached completely and the car was not running right. Brian got it fixed and had me back on the road in 30 minutes.

We recently leased a Honda CR-V at Superior Honda. Shawn Dodson has helped us in the past and helped us again successfully. He brought all the various trim models and different colors up for our review and helped us decide on the best model for us. He was knowledgeable about the features of each type and presented their current inventory which would be cheaper and more expedient than ordering a special unit. I spent several hours in the morning wasting my time at another Honda dealer. The bottom line is, that when they put pen to paper, the numbers weren't even close to what we agreed to. They actually told me to go to another dealer, but that I shouldn't tell them the offer they gave me.(yeah right!) I immediately drove to Superior and Greg Brandle greeted me right away. My 2001 needed a new timing belt/water pump replacement. The mechanics at Superior Honda did an outstanding job and diagnosed several additional minor problems that needed to be corrected. They thoroughly go through your car and I like the fact that don't tell you that you need something replaced unless it really does need replacing. The cost is somewhat high but the peace of mind is worth it.
