Service Advisor Ross Engel was very curteous, thorough, and quick. He did what I requested and didn't pressure me for additional services or products.
Wonderful group of people. They handled my request through the internet within 24 hrs and I bought my car in 24 hrs. Can't get any better than that.
Ross Engel was very efficient to get me information on the time required for my installations and service. I like to keep the records for my civic at one dealership if possible.
Superior Honda of Omaha always provides excellent, friendly, and timely service. The experience is always pleasant with them. I needed an oil change yesterday and my service advisor, Ross Engel was both accommodating and helpful in explaining the service report after the oil change was complete. Carrie is always very helpful whenever I come in.
Carrie Moody was my service advisor and did an excellent job of letting me know what the issue was. She also did an excellent job of keeping me informed and letting me know the options afterward. One of the best experiences I have had with Superior.
Dennis Heath rocks! He is always friendly, helpful, and best of all makes sure my car is fixed correctly and promptly!!
Brian Bradley is an excellent service advisor, he listened to my concerns and communicated them back to me so I fully understood what they were going to work on and how they were going to proceed. A+
Purchasing a car is usually a not so fun experience, but with the folks at Superior Honda I couldn't ask for a better experience! Greg Brandl was by far the best I could ask for, when purchasing my amazing 2008 Red Honda Accord! Every question that I had about the car Greg was fully knowledgeable with his answers. I have already suggested buying a Honda from Superior and especially Greg to a few of my friends. Any future car purchases that I will make will be made at Superior Honda of Omaha!!!
