A good response compared with the dealer I bought my Honda from (they could not be bothered to answer the phone at 11:00 AM on a weekday). Superior got me right in for Express Service. When it turned into a slightly longer wait, Shawn Dodson arranged for a shuttle ride back to my office and a pickup to grab my CRV. As someone who avoids car dealerships, I would probably come back to Superior. Efficient service and the cost was as estimated.

I just bought my fourth Honda Accord and I bought it from Superior Honda. What a great experience. I worked with Greg Brandl and Mike Cohn and we talked about what I wanted in a car and what I wanted for my trade in prior to me picking out the one I wanted. When I found that one car that was "it" Superior got right on the phone to find me the car I wanted and Greg and Mike made the deal happen. I just bought a 2011 Honda Accord... No pressure, no hassle no problems. I dealt with John Wonder on line and he was very helpful giving all of the information I needed to keep the process moving forward. I went in the store and met with Brian Jacobs, again no pressure. He is very professional and let me drive a car to make sure I liked it and then we took care of the paperwork to get me in and out of there. This is my second Honda. I sat in all SUVs at the auto show in January. I knew from that experience that I wanted the CRV. Just bought a Honda Odyssey Ex-L Navi, Mark Johnson ( Sales Reresentative). mark was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions, no high pressure sales tactics were used. Overall experience was good, considering my other van was totalled due to hail.
I've always trusted Superior Honda to work on my 2005 Honda CRV. Everyone is very courteous, thorough & they explain very well whatever work needs to be done on my vehicle. I also appreciate that they wash my car when the work is done. It's always convenient, because of their shuttle service to & from home & if I do choose to wait, the waiting area is very comfortable & relaxing. I shopped around other Honda dealerships first and found the vehicle I wanted. But due to a messy divorce it was going to be difficult to trade my vehicle in according to them. I then went to Superior Honda and met my salesman Dan Baker. He was able to get me into a better model of the one I wanted for over $1200 less than the others!
