Possibly the worse service experience I’ve ever had. They mumble at the desk and don’t confirm with you what work is being done when you bring the car in. They ended up doing a recall check on my car TWICE when they were supposed to be replacing the shutter grill. What a waste of time. They inconsistently send reminders for your appointments, inconsistently provide updates on your car, and they have never had my car finished before end of day. Went in today for a service of my Honda HR-V. Jessie did an awesome job as always, receiving me and confirming the details of the service. While I waited at the lounge I received a short video of the technician assessing my vehicle. In just about 2 hours my car was ready and I was on my way back. You guys are the best!
