I needed a new car in 2011 and test drove several. Ended up at Sharp Honda, looking at a Crosstour. Tom Gettler was the sales rep I worked with, and he could not have been more helpful. Our salesperson, Rachid Lagrini, was great. He took the time to show us the car and let us drive as much as we wanted. We bought an Insight and feel like we got a pretty good deal on it.

My first experience with Sharp Honda and BILLY FERRIER was about a year ago. I was trying to decide between a Honda Pilot and a Mazda CX9. We had really decided on the Mazda but wanted to drive the Pilot first. We felt no pressure what so ever to get the Honda over the Mazda. He said "get what you like"( the Mazda was not through Sharp but another dealer in KC) I recently traded my Mazda to them for a Toyota Camry for better gas mileage. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I was looking into buying a car with an idea of what I wanted but kept my options open. I originally went to different dealership that I don't care to even mention prior to visiting Sharp Honda and I did NOT like the experience with them at all. As a woman purchasing my first car without my dad, I had a very easy and honest experience. Rob Walton was a great help by being patient, knowledgable, resourceful, trustworthy, reliable, and fun. I liked the fact that Rachid introduced me to Sharp Honda's service department for if something was ever to wrong with my new FIT I know that I will be treated with the same care as I recieved from Rachid.
