I have used John Hoffer for over a year to change my oil and tire rotation. Last week I took it in and I was told they couldn’t rotate my tires because they couldn’t remove the lug nuts and would be another 1.5 hrs and $100 for new lug nuts. Even though they were the ones to last service my Jeep. Today I took it to Harold’s tires, where I purchased my tires 2 yrs ago. Absolutely amazing people. My Jeep Wrangler steering wheel damper was giving me some issues and they fixed it so I would be able to see my family in Pennsylvania for Christmas. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for their kindness. :)
