Been waiting on a part from our veichle since July 9th. We have a lifetime warranty on our veichle. We have never had to wat this long on a part in the 10 years of owning our veichle. Update we took it in for the replacement part they told us we needed a whole new transmission. We were told it would take 2 days. After another months wait I called. The parts guy acussed me of missing an appointment and that's why I didn't have my transmission yet and it had cone in, in 2 days after they ordered it. I told him no one ever call... read more
