The parts department gouges prices. Go somewhere else and pay a lot less for the same parts. In addition to price gouging, the technicians are often under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I would definitely go elsewhere.
I bought a new 2020 Forester from Briggs and have had them do all recommended service. While on vacation in September, 2021 a low tire pressure light came on so I went to a ************* because they check tires and air them up for free. While having this done the ******** tire technician said my tires had uneven wear. I said they only have 25,000 miles and became suspicious that Briggs had not been rotating them. I received a letter from Briggs Subaru, Topeka offering $8712 for my 2013 Subaru Outback. I called the dealership and was assured it was a valid offer, pending seeing the vehicle. I told the receptionist 3 times that it was high mileage. She said the offer was still valid. I made an appointment to drive the one hour to the dealership where they looked at and drove the car.
