I was looking for a Y2014 Honda Civic on Memorial Monday. Found the color that I want at Metro Honda. Peng Wu had assisted me in answering questions, test driving and getting the best price on the Civic. I am glad I went to Metro Honda for my new car. Just leased a 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring for my wife. It's my second vehicle from this dealer group in the last 6 months and I couldn't be happier. I worked with K.D. at Metro Honda and he went above and beyond to secure the van we wanted and at a great price. This dealer is over 70 miles from my home but it's worth the trip for me since I know I'm going to get exactly the deal that I've worked out. The offer was exactly as promised to the penny.

My experience at Metro Honda was exceptional thanks to one individual, Joseph King. When I walked in he was the only one to ask if I needed help and immediately took care of me. He made the check in process quick and easy and called me as soon as my car was done. He went above and beyond to be courteous and kind. I highly recommend him for any of your service needs.

Alex Hernandez helped both myself and my Mom buy our accords and of all the people we saw while car shopping, here was definitely the most genuine and committed to helping us find the right fit. Honestly was very impressed. I never write reviews for people but I know how hard buying a car is and if you see this I highly recommend giving Alex a try. You won't regret it.

Metro has done all of my maintenance on my 2007 Odyssey - after 162000 miles it is still performing great. The service is done professionally and usually ahead of schedule. The Metro website and online scheduling tool is very helpful. Most recently, my service adviser Joseph King helped me deal with some small re-call issues as well as my regular maintenance. He was very thorough and got me out an hour sooner than originally promised - thank you Joseph!

ISince 2001 I've taken my Honda Accord in for service. Joseph King has been my service advisor on several occasions. Joseph always has a friendly greeting. He listens to the concerns I have and explains the service. He immediately informs me if there is additional work required. Today I forgot to give him a discount coupon but all the paperwork had been completed. That didn't bother Joseph. He revised the cost w/o a complaint. He works very hard and and I hope Metro Honda is aware of what a fine employee they have in Joseph.... read more

Outstanding customer service is demonstrated by the ability to consistently and enthusiastically provide informative support with patience to those of us who are somewhat cognitively challenged like myself! :) To go above and beyond...KD Sanders. I recently bought my new 2014 accord sport from metro honda of montclair, my salesperson was Kd sanders and he was awesome! He was very professional and knew the car well, he even set up my hands free smart phone for me. I have purchased several cars from metro honda and I would always insist that Kd sanders was my sales person , he makes you feel that metro Honda really cares about its customers.
