Had service done by Metro on my Honda Civic Hybrid. Joseph King was my advisor and did a wonderful job of getting all the work I asked for done quickly and accurately.
I just purchased my new Honda Accord Hybrid a few days ago. Jimmy S. is one of the best sales people I ever worked with! He is extremely pleasant and professional- does not use manipulative sales tactics which put me at ease. His demeanor and informative style is what helped me decide to purchase this car and I'm happy I did! Be sure to ask for Jimmy S. when you get here-you'll be in good hands.
I took my car in for service last week and Joseph King was the one to take care of me. He looked to see if my car needed a service that I thought it might need. Turns out my car wasn't due yet and he didn't try to push an extra service on me. I really appreciated that! Thanks, Joseph King! I have been bring my 2007 CRV here since I bought it (in 2007) and have been very pleased with the service. I try to get Joseph every time, but if I can't, the others have been helpful as well.

Using the Costco buying program we were hooked up with Metro Honda's sales rep KD Sanders. The buying process went very smooth. After the sale we had a couple of concerns and KD went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied.
Paiam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He worked with me very well and everyone in the office worked together as a team to cut my waiting time in half. I would go back to them again in the future.
It was my 1st time at this Metro Honda and Sandy Ireland was the service advisor that I worked with. She is very thorough and straight to the point. She was very friendly and welcoming from the beginning and she does have great soft skills that make you feel like your problems are in real good hands, Other staff were also very nice, attentive, and hard working (except one man who was wearing a blue shirt-don't know his name but he's the one who did the check-out process for me.).
