Excellent service. Car was ready when promised, and all work done was necessary and reasonably priced. Service was coordinated by Vance Wilcox, who gave me coupons to reduce the price. Only complaint: Customer service is now in trailers and will be for at least a year, but they have done a good job making them comfortable.
Excellent customer service by Joseph. We've been servicing our car here for years now and Joseph has always been very helpful.
I visit Metro Honda couple of days ago, Lawrence is the salesperson to help me out, he is very knowagable,patient. He answer all of my question,will go see him again in my next purchase.

James has called to thank me, and the service department has already called to set up an appointment to complete the finishes on the interior and exterior of my car. Every category gets the highest score of 5, or 'yes' as the case may be, but I would double or triple James's score to a 10 or 15. He is courteous, personable, and patient without talking down to me. I also appreciated the finance man's manner and professionalism. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you for a very positive experience.
T want to thank Joseph King for providing me with excellent service. He listened to my concerns and repeated them back to me to insure he understood what I wanted done. He kept me updated and gave me the time to decide what felt I could afford to do at this time. I like that kind of service and appreciate him for following through on what he knows Metro Honda can provide. Metro Honda has very helpful staff! I'm ay not always agree but they help me understand what needs to be done.
