I love LSH!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chris is always the best, but Evan did an excellent job answering my questions on the phone when Chris wasn't there. He really gave me excellent information on the needed oil change! Justin takes good care of the getting the service completed and what a personality. And I love the wonderful service in the office......smiles and greetings......and she loves her son!!! Great Mother and employee! Everybody makes you feel glad you came........and my car loves being clean!!!

I continue to give Lees Summit Honda my business because the service is consistent and friendly. I live within a couple miles of two other Honda dealerships that would be much closer for me to visit, but I choose to make the drive our to your service center because of my previous great experiences there. Keep up the good work - you guys have a fantastic staff.
Justin took care of me and went above and beyond on helping me with my car. It is hard to find great customer service anywhere like he provides and I hope he gets recognized for it.
Loved it!! Best dealership to buy a vehicle from.. First one to care about me and how much I can afford. Never once trying to sell me anything I didn't want or need. I will return when I am ready for another in 4-5 years.
My husband and I are just starting to build our credit (and our life together) and Eric was the first dealer amoung many that we visited who even bothered to sit down and work with us. We looked at many cars on his lot, fell in love with an 07 civic, but ended up not being able to afford it. Eric didn't give up on us and finally got us into a Mazda 6... our perfect car, even though it wasn't what he was trying to sell us on. He was fantastic and I would suggest anyone buying any kind of car to visit him first.
EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP I recently purchased a new Honda Civic from Jason Barrett at Lee's Summit Honda. I can honestly say that I've never had a vehicle purchase go as smoothly, or had salespeople that have been as straightforward as Jason. No sales gimmicks, no high pressure power plays....he laid out the deal, was quick to get an answer on counteroffers, and made it a pleasant day. I shopped numerous other dealers and none were nearly as attentive or responsive as Jason and the team as Lee's Summit.
I recently purchased a car here and had nothing but a great experience. Honda absolutely lives up to the high standards they set, this is my second civic and I am nothing but happy.
