After a 3 hour wait and tracking down my service advisor I was told my A/C issue was fixed with a relay and a charge. Only to find out when I jumped on 95 that I now have absolutely no A/C. I'm back in the waiting room.

THE WORST! Not only did they not honor the price on their website but they were extreme unapologetic and blamed it on a "typographical error". It's mind boggling now someone can type the price into a website and somehow it's an error. Complete scam and waste of time. Should have been zero stars but that's not an option.

I drive all the way up to Blue Heron Blvd instead of using the local Honda dealership that is a lot closer because of the excellent customer service I receive. "JC" is the person who takes care of my car in service there. I can't say enough good things about him. Ed Morse lucky to have him.

Took my 2014 Honda in for issues with the battery. Battery was replaced. Service Advisor Miguel R. Sanchez was very professional. They also did a multi-point inspection and all was good. I always get great service, whether I have an appt or not. Service is the best.
