Yet another terrible, disappointing visit at the Ed Morse Honda service department. Will not be using their service dept nor giving them my car business in the future, always leave feeling ripped off!
If I could give no stars I would! The amount of disrespect and condescending behavior expressed by finance manager Hadeer Afif is jaw dropping!!! Are you kidding me?!!?!! If this is honda's idea of customer service, then y'all should be ashamed of yourselves, put out of business and all without jobs! I sold cars for a year and I fought for my clients until I was blue in the face!!! Just went home with my 2nd car from Ed Morse, love it :)
Ed morse Honda didn't price match at first, but later called back and prices matched it for car tires, I thank you for calling back and resolving my issue!
