RecommendedThis is my third car from this dealership - I never hate having to come for service. Everyone is always kind, helpful and courteous. It is a very comfortable place to wait. Prices are fair and work is always done efficiently.

They're customer service wasn't the worst. The wait was lengthy. I got my oil changed in my Honda and they failed to check my fluids, my windshield fluid was out. I thought that checking the fluids was part of the inspection. Mr Hernandez was like the only one who took customer service to another level, he was cool! The woman with the short hair also was cool , her customer service was great. Everybody else checking their phones while people wait to be served acting like your not there and dont need help
The Sales team is amazing! So are the mangers!

They are the worse Honda dealership in south Florida. I have purchased from 3 others, I gave them 2 chances to sell me a car and just terrible service and full of BS. The $1800 down and 179 month lease turned into 4500 down and 190. Then after I said no thanks, they wouldn't let me turn in my lease without inspection. That wasnt necessary when I was going to buy a car. Go to any other Honda dealership.
For starters by having a shuttle bus that can pick up stranded drivers/ passengers that are handicap. On Wednesday 8/7/19. I was traveling (we were vacationing in Florida, we live in NY) with my disabled daughter(wheelchair bond) we had a tire blow out on the Florida turnpike by exit 116. Honda roadside Assistance recommended Ed Morse Honda, I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Abraham who offered us shuttle service but after numerous calls, he told me was not able to send us a shuttle and informed me that even if he had a ... read more
