We bought a brand new 2019 Honda Pilot in May of 2019. As of today our “infotainment” system failed. This includes many functions including the back up camera. Upon researching this issue, turns out Honda was aware of this problem when the car was sold to us. Sounds like it’s a problem that is unfixable and Honda just resets the system to remedy the situation for the time being.
