Valley Honda was supposed to install a new catalytic converter on my CRV in December 2019. The catalytic converter failed Air Team test June 2020. I was told by Air Team- I did not get a new catalytic convertor and to go back to the dealer to get a new one. Called Valley Honda will not install a new one. The owner says sometimes tests are wrong like a COVID test is wrong. Comparing my car to COVID is ridiculous and terrible service. I simply asked for a new catalytic converter since I already paid for it. And they will not i... read more
