Valley Honda was supposed to install a new catalytic converter on my CRV in December 2019. The catalytic converter failed Air Team test June 2020. I was told by Air Team- I did not get a new catalytic convertor and to go back to the dealer to get a new one. Called Valley Honda will not install a new one. The owner says sometimes tests are wrong like a COVID test is wrong. Comparing my car to COVID is ridiculous and terrible service. We bought a brand new 2019 Honda Pilot in May of 2019. As of today our “infotainment” system failed. This includes many functions including the back up camera. Upon researching this issue, turns out Honda was aware of this problem when the car was sold to us. Sounds like it’s a problem that is unfixable and Honda just resets the system to remedy the situation for the time being. I also learned this problem will continue and will only be reset instead of fixed. I also learned there is a class action lawsuit due to this issue.... read more
