I swear, I’ve always hated dealerships, until I arrived at Valley Honda. From the moment I set foot inside to test drive a Civic, to the moment I drove off the lot in it, I was important. Customer service was top notch, and I’ve never felt more secure in my auto purchase than I do tonight. See Andy for some awesome customer service. What should have been a routine visit to replace a headlight turned into a shitshow. There was a long line outside, which was fine, but that led to some issues with people coming in from the street and having to maneuver into the line. A lady decided that it was okay to cut in front of me in line and not have to wait which led to an argument in front of the service entrance and almost led to an accident as she cut in front of me. When I asked for someone to come outside to address the issue nothing was done to move her back ... read more
