Don Davis made me feel so comfortable and really listened to my questions. Jim Hanahan was great and made sure the process was seamless. The place was immaculate and so well run. I can't wait to take my car back for service.
Worked with Steve Grady and he did an excellent job. I walked into valley from a referral from a close friend. We drove past two closer Honda dealerships, and I wasn't even planning on going with a Honda. Steve did a great job helping me find the perfect fit. The night before we were at another dealer and had a bad experience with them changing pricing. It's not like that at valley very straight forward! A+

Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice dealership. Good waiting area, clean service bay, and extremely busy. They are extremely proud of being able to sell 40 New Honda’s on a Saturday. However, expect to be moved through the process like a manufacturing line and as they told us, you’re better off selling your trade in to carmax as you’ll get a better rate.
