I got in touch with Randall at the encouragement of my dad, who has leased two 2013 Civics and a 2015 CR-V from him. Randall is extremely friendly and easy-going, not the typical car salesman at all. My dad (who now lives in Florida) cosigned for me, and thanks to Randall and Roxann I was able to get the paperwork overnighted and finished surprisingly fast. Now I have a sweet 2016 6-speed Civic and I really couldn't be happier. Thanks Randall!
