I have only had great experiences with Honda of Pasadena. They were incredibly helpful and upfront when I bought out my lease from them, and now I also use them for service. People are friendly and helpful there. I highly recommend them.

I would love to know what this dealership considers customer service. Three months out from the end of my 2016HR-V lease, I started receiving calls twice a week asking if I had made my decision about my next vehicle and encouraging me to turn the HR-V in early. The service personnel are gracious and eager to make sure the customer is served in a timely manner. Even the ones who were not responsible for my car's service offered to show me the lady who would be in charge of the service.
The team at the Honda of Pasadena are all great! Since we purchased our car we have been going there for service and Mike and all the others guys are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and always make sure that our car has the best care. Thank you Everyone!
