my service manager was great, but overall covid-19 precautions were terrible. wearing masks wrong, or not at all. eating, drinking, touching face and not washing or sanitizing. not respecting 6' distancing. do not go there if you or anyone you contact is at risk. really, don't go there if you care about not spreading the virus.
I purchased my last two cars at Honda of Pasadena and always come back to get them serviced. My most recent appointment was for a much needed oil change during COVID-19 and i was apprehensive about doing it at this time. The entire staff was wearing masks and gloves and they opened the doors for me. I was able to sit outside by myself and i was out of there in a half hour. It was a huge relief and a great experience. You guys don’t care about anyone! Shame on you for laying off your employees and telling them they have to reapply when these circumstances are over🤬🤬 you companies are doing this to the employees you CLAIM to care about so you don’t have to keep paying them for not being able to work!! Why can’t you just hold their jobs for them until they’re able to work again and pay them while they’re out like other companies are doing?? Shame on you guys!! I have only had great experiences with Honda of Pasadena. They were incredibly helpful and upfront when I bought out my lease from them, and now I also use them for service. People are friendly and helpful there. I highly recommend them.
Arnaldo at parts is very helpful and funny. Richard in the front is the same and Henry, cool dude in a loose mood. And drives a wicked car. Chris, Pablo and Dean are running their departments, well.
