Karen is the best! If you need any help, i recommend going to her. She’s always on point and on top of everything which makes your whole experience easier. I needed a part that was on backorder & she kept an eye on it and let me know the minute it came.

Purchased my 2019 Honda Accord from Honda of Pasadena after getting in an accident which totaled my 2011 Honda Accord. I worked with Brandon to purchase my car and he was excellent to work with. I also take my car here for services, along with my mother’s car, and cannot even begin to explain how amazing Karen is in the service department.
