Service department seems to be nonexistent and very unprofessional. My elderly mother has had her vehicle in for repairs over 3 weeks now. If they can’t fix it, we’d like the opportunity to take it to something that can. Runarounds and excuses with a side order of apologies. Very unprofessional.

Really enjoyed my experience
They tried to take my down payment out early and I had to remind them it wasn’t correct,so they apologized and asked me to come sign a new paper they did pay for my gas to come up and sign a new contract.(I live about an hour an half away from Muskogee.) I got all that straightened out I thought, just to find out last Friday they changed the date of my first payment from April the 29th to March 15 in the second contract, witch is in 2 days and they never mentioned too me the date would be changed. Rude and unprofessional . Salesman told me they were on 3rd General manager in three months. Couldn’t get a straight answer out of them.

I went to Honda of Muskogee today and had a very great experience. My sales person was Keisha Williams and she was super nice. She did not lie to me and made sure I got into a vehicle that was right for me. She got me into a 2017 Kia Forte and I love it. Garret Williams was very informative and made sure that everything was in order. I give this place 5 stars! Thank you guys for my new vehicle!
