We purchased a 2016 Honda pilot recently it was used and was obviously bought as is. Soon after the purchase there was a few small issues but the big issue was with the transmission. Although the car was as is Craig and Harold from the service department understood our frustration and once we brought to there attention they had no problem making the deal right and they went above and beyond our request repaired the car and also gave us a 2yr maintenance with oil changes for our time and trouble with the used vehicle.
