Good luck with this company!!! We purchased the GAP coverage from them and for the last 71 days have been given the run around. They don’t call you back.... take lunches (at 3pm and then leave for the day at 4pm) when they say they will be in the office. Our paperwork keeps being passed of to a million different people and no one “knows” what is going on.... I would highly recommend Snohomish Bickford. They are so helpful and answer any questions we may have.
Bought a 2019 Black Edition Ridgeline yesterday from Erik. Super pleased with the truck, very excited to use it and all is features. Erik was outstanding, worked hard for us, listened, didn't apply pressure and got us into the truck we wanted. He was the salesman you always hope to get!
So I HIGHLY recommend Erik if you are looking for someone upfront, honest and willing to go above and beyond! I gave 5 stars because of his outstanding professionalism as well as devotion until the very second we drove away. The only issue we had was NOT anything to due with Eric it was having to push beyond to have financing agree to replace the front windshield that is cracked pretty badly.
