They made me pay more than they said . When I said that was not what the lady told me she told me that’s what the paper work said . So I paid and told my wife I will never go back . Not Happy

Why would you not cover this under warranty? 10k miles on a 2016. And you told my wife it’s the elements. I have purchased 3 new Hondas with 3 extended warranties here. Both times we have had issues you have called defined them as our responsibility. I like Honda’s but this makes me sick

We had an incredible experience with Chris Russell. We had come from another local dealership feeling discouraged with a horrible experience. Unlike the previous salesman we had been dealing with, Chris showed us cars that were in our price range with everyone we were looking for. I got an oil change today and needed to have the A&B 1-2. They only did an oil change and removed the A but never rotated my tires or anything else. Upon getting my paper work after the work was finished I did not show a 10.00 discount on my oil change however it was a 5.00 discount off the already high charge for an oil change. I could of went to jiffy lube and got the oil change for the same price I paid here even with a discount.
