Have not experienced award winning customer service. Bought a used Honda back in Dec. Pushed gap ins. very hard. Finally relented at signing. Decided later way to expensive, cancelled mid Jan. Called dealership two weeks ago to inquire as to why no refund yet. I would guess maybe ten phone calls back and forth with finance dept. still no resolution on why I haven't received refund.

The sales manager snatched the keys from the salesman as I was getting ready to take the car to my wife and show her the car. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to me and the salesman. Then he gives the keys to another salesman who then takes his customers for a test drive right in front of us. Smh they lost the sale and any respect as a company and a manufacturer!

Best friend got a car from Rairdon’s, with the help of the wonderful Eric! He helped us so much, especially since she and I are first time car buyers. He was insanely helpful and funny and we had a great time, and are very happy with the service and the car :)
