Awful Customer Service!! I have had my Honda car for 7 years now and I’m extremely excited to get rid of it and switch to something else. I get the worst service every single time I come in. I have had multiple experiences where the employees try to scam me, treat me like I’m not an adult, and seem like they could care less about me. I DREAD having to bring my car in to get it looked at or fixed. I will sometimes take it to other dealerships before bringing it to Honda. Please look into buying something else. I was having a problem with my brand new Honda that I bought in Tennessee. I’m on a 5 day long drive to California for active duty and needed my car to be repaired quickly. Very bad customer service!!! First experience was with a sale person couple of years ago when I was trying to look for a car for constant interstate drive. I have always been interested in Honda since it’s a reliable car. Went to this place to look around a bit.
