Received a quote to fix an engine oil leak repair. Original quote was for $329.68. When I picked up the vehicle they charged me $611.39. I asked why the difference and they said diagnostic check and shop parts. Why don't they include these fees in the original quote? What good is a quote from them if they end up changing you close to twice as much.

Thank you, Gary, for the feedback. We spoke to Gary and he is 100% correct. We changed our computer system late December and have had issues with the estimates being sent out. It since has been fixed and we are sending Gary a check for the difference. Thank you
