Today my husband and I went home with a 2016 Honda Pilot! We had the BEST experience!! We arrived around 10am and everything went so smoothly! We were done and on the road around 12:30! Extremely friendly staff and I highly recommend them! Thanks to Robert Morgan for being a wonderful salesman, on a scale from 1-10 you got a 20 and a gold star And thanks to my mom Christine Clark for referring us!! Absolutely loved the experience!! Great job Honda of Lincoln!!!
The service personnel at Honda of Lincoln got my Civic right in and made sure my car was ready before my morning class! They even cleaned my windshield - thank you!
They said the bolt on my tire was fused and couldn't get it aligned. Said it would cost about $300 in labor alone to fix it. Had someone else look at it and he had no problem getting it loose. I was waiting at the dealership for over 2.5 hours with my 3 year old while they "tried to get it loose"...aka, let it sit there for an hour longer than they said it would take, while i tried to keep my child entertained.
Very impressed with the service!! I was given a time of approximately 45 minutes until everything would be done which I thought was a very acceptable timeframe. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my car back 15 minutes later!!
I had my car in for service last Friday. They called me today and said they missed something, so they drove 10 miles across town to fix it at my workplace today. Now, THAT'S service.
This is the one of the best car dealers, I've found! I trust them, that my wife or kids can go there, they are not going sell them something we don't need. We just got our 5th Honda. I'm sold on Honda's and Honda of Lincoln!! Our first Honda is still on the road.
The service, people, and kindness of Lincoln Honda are amazing. I can't Thank them enough!
