We showed up for an appointment on the wrong day (but correct time planned). �No one even said anything, just took care of the fix for the recall. I didn't realize it until I received the email reminder later. Thanks for the great customer service. That is really above and beyond what is expected.
We had attempted to make a deal with another sales team member because Brian had been out of state. We had a bad experience and ended up walking out, no deal was made. Brian busted his butt to get us a great deal and win our business back. Scott in finance was excellent too and because we had a bad experience, made up for it by drastically dropping the price on an extended warranty. Thanks for everything Brian and Scott!!! I love my Honda Civic!! Bought all my Hondas from them. I had all my service done here too! Few years ago I had them flush my transmission, regular service. Nate also was taking care of my power locks too. Well, I had to take it back since there was NO transmision fluid in it. At that Time I was still recovering from being in Intesive care at Mayo Hospital so couldn't drive it. I did not know the extend if my damage a year later . Apparently they didn't want to sell me a car. I was specific with what I wanted but got no follow-up even though they had what I was looking for. I continued to contact them with cars I saw on their website and was told twice it was sold already. No effort, no follow-up , no sale. I had a much better experience buying new across the street. Night and day difference. If your heart is set on a Honda go to Superior or O'Daniel instead.
My family and I have bought 6 cars from Brian over the years and have always had a great experience! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Exceptional, knowledgable and friendly staff. The service department has also been awesome :)
Almost three hours for an oil change, tire rotation and a software update on our CRV. Absolutely unacceptable. We have had this service done before and never been more than an hour.
